Rebels Win on Senior Night!
The Rebel volleyball team was victorious in their conference match versus the Wolverines from River Valley. The Rebels dominated game one winning with a score of 25-16. The Wolverines kept the next two close, but the Rebels were able to pull away in the end with final scores of 25-20 and 25-19. Some stat leaders for the night include Heather East with 11 kills and a .833 hitting percentage! Alyssa Mendenhall led the team with 20 digs followed by Carley DeRoin with 9. Carah Drees had a total of 8 blocks. Meg Holtz and Paige Metcalf both contributed 2 ace serves. The Rebels extend their Western Valley Conference record to 6-2 and their overall record to 18-11 on the year. With one match remaining, the Rebels are poised to finish near the top of the conference with their two losses coming against undefeated Lawton-Bronson and Ridge View (5-2).
