The next day they competed in the Sioux City Relays.  Sam Burkhart started the day with a new PR in the 3000.  The Sprint Medley (Olivia W, Madison K, Kenzi B, Kelsey S) set a new season best. Girls are lowering their times on splits in relays or opens; jumps, and throws.  Keep up the effort ladies!

The Lady Rebels competed at the Onawa meet Tues.  Both the Distance Medley and Sprint Medley teams (Madison Kafton, Kenzi Brinkman, Kelsey Shilling, Heather East) lowered our season best time.  Individually we had many set new PRs.  They include Lexy Strom (shot & discus), Olivia Walcott (discus & 100), Madison K (long jump) and Sam Burkhart (3000).  All members ran close to or season best times in relays.  Keep up the good work ladies!

It was a cold, breezy evening in Kingsley but the Lady Rebels still had a couple of highlights.  Olivia Walcott set a new PR in the discus and 200.  Sam Burkhart has a new PR in the 1500.  The 4 x 4 ran their fastest time of the season.  They compete again tonight at Onawa.  Wish them good luck!- Coach Book

The Lady Rebels started their track season off at the Ridge View Relays.  Senior Brooke Rand set the tone by throwing a new personal record in the shot put.  The freshman got off to a good start; making new friends and establishing their running / throwing / jumping starting points.  All others had good performances as well.  Nice job ladies! ~ Coach Book
