The Anatomy & Physiology classes have been studying the skeletal system including  joints.   As part of their class, they had to create a prosthetic limb – either a lower leg or hand.  They worked with a partner to design their limb.  It had to be created out of recycled materials or things they already had at home.  With their prosthesis they had to be able to move 3 balls from 1 container to another or walk across the room.  They later had to come up with ways to improve their ideas.

They all now have a better appreciation for how hard even some simple tasks are to achieve by anyone with a prosthesis.
