Westwood Cross Country at Southwoods

     The Westwood Cross Country meet was held on a sunny day at Southwoods Conservation Area.  The guy’s team trophy was taken home by the West Monona / Whiting team while the girl’s trophy went to Lawton Bronson.  For Westwood we had 3 guys taking home medals:  Brandon Croghan 2^nd, Juan Gomez 8^th and Brennan Brown 10^th.  For the girl; Kenzi Brinkman came in 5^th (medaling) and Natalie Killian 11^th.  Kenzi lowered her time from last year by almost 44 seconds.  In the junior high race 3 came home with hardware:  Brady Brennan 4^th, Blake Brinkman 6^th and Fred Dandurand 10^th.  Also competing at this level were Kade Killian and Braxton Dewald.  Nice job teams!
